What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We want you to love every piece you bring home from Kaaya Sutra. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you have14 days from the delivery date to return your item for store credit.

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must be attached and original packaging included
We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, fragrance, or damage
Please note:
All returns are issued as store credit only
Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase or rental
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Rental items follow a separate return process (see our Rental Policy)
